How we work at Bonzer
At Bonzer, we work with two things in mind: our clients’ needs and the fact that SEO is ever-changing. SEO is a long-term effort, but the status quo changes constantly. So how do we make sure that we’re able to handle both?
First, we need to understand our clients and their market. We do that by making a Discovery.
Discovery
So what is a Discovery? A Discovery is an analysis and strategy effort to investigate and understand a client’s current SEO situation through insights from in-depth analyses.
Depending on our client’s budget and situation, we customize the Discovery to fit the needs and wishes of the client without compromising our knowledge. Therefore, every Discovery is different. However, all Discoveries end in a Discovery Insights Report with in-depth analyses and insights into the client’s SEO situation and potential to grow organically through SEO.

Strategic SEO roadmaps and further collaboration
At Bonzer, we’ve accepted that we need to have long-term strategies and visions while working with everyday tasks in an agile manner. We continually develop and evaluate our work and the results it creates, and this allows us to quickly change course if new and better opportunities for organic growth arise. In other words, we constantly evaluate the direction we’re moving in with our clients. We always need to be able to adapt to new SEO demands for what it takes to create organic growth.
Strategy Roadmap

Let’s take a deeper look at the different elements of the strategy roadmap.
- Phases: Phases are three-month periods containing mandatory tasks and selected sprints.
- Sprints: Sprints are time-limited focused efforts to achieve the goals we want to achieve in collaboration with our client.
- Consulting: Great collaborations are built on great consulting. Consulting refers to elements like meetings, reports, advisory, and ongoing analyses.
