SEO Analysis

An SEO analysis is a systematic review of a website's visibility in search: how the site performs today, what is holding it back, and where the largest opportunities sit. It is the natural starting point for serious SEO work, because it turns a sense that "we ought to rank better" into a concrete, prioritized plan.

What the analysis covers

A thorough SEO analysis typically spans four areas:

  • Technical: can search engines crawl and index the site without friction? Speed, redirects and structure belong here, the whole technical SEO layer.
  • Content: do the pages match the search intent they are meant to rank for, where is the site close to page one, and which topics are missing?
  • Authority: how strong is the link profile against the competition, and where do the backlinks come from?
  • AI visibility: is the brand mentioned and cited when ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers handle questions in the category?

The competitive picture runs through all four, because what matters is the distance up to whoever sits ahead, and what that distance consists of.

From analysis to strategy

The result is a prioritized list of efforts ranked by effect against effort: quick wins such as pages sitting mid page one, and longer plays such as new topic areas and link work. The analysis is the foundation of an SEO strategy, and where we start every engagement ourselves. Bonzer produces a free SEO analysis manually and without obligation.
